Ravedaze is a collection of unique beaded necklaces by Michael Ceffalo (Silverteeth Design) inspired by the fusion of traditional beadweaving and the joyful history of Kandi jewelry. Couture jewelry is often characterized by precious materials, bilateral, and radial symmetry. In contrast, Kandi is highly eclectic and often inspired by EDM artists, adorned with memes and nicknames, and freely shared in the spirit of Peace, Love, Unity, Respect. Combining these two design philosophies, this collection is adorned with high-quality electroplated faceted crystals, UV glow, and pigmented acrylic beads. Ravedaze celebrates the artist's obsession with jewelry in all its forms, from the stretch bracelets exchanged between neon-clad ravers to the decadent luxuriousness of high fashion and drag. Accompanying this collection is a selection of glass bead necklaces crafted using traditional and ancient bead weaving techniques.
